Becoming recently century beloved teacher

Becoming a teacher is a nice purpose. They will always interact with the students and help them know everything. They should also do some steps (pre-teaching, whilst teaching, post teaching) in assisting the students reach the goals of learning.
Problems come when the students give bad respond to the teacher in the process of studying. The teachers' attitude and the class management might be the main reasons for the students. It will,at least, affect the students and also the teacher. They can not focus in the class. The worst, they predicted as a fail learner.
The incidents above should be omitted for they who have passion in teaching at this century.  The teacher should be as a model who will be awaited always for their students. moreover, the students feels loose when you are not absent.

19. Having affection sense, so the students will be as his family
20. Stimulating the students to study more wherever
21. Appreciating the rule of the class and the students
22. Paying attention to the students' and comprehend to their condition

26. Giving respect and reward for the students
27. Knowing all students' name
The lists have been explored by one primary private institution in Indonesian Republic. It works and reliable for many schools and universities if you apply it.
